FOR CLIENTS PLANNING TO CROSS LITHUANIAN STATE BORDER VIA RAIGARDO BORDER CROSSING CHECKPOINT
Due to the low traffic, the advance online registration for the clients who are planning to cross the Lithuanian state border via Raigardo border crossing checkpoint, is temporarily postponed. The vehicles will enter the checkpoint in an ordinary queue or in accordance with the priority by law.
OPENING OF ONLINE PRE-BOOKING FOR ŠALČININKŲ BCP
On September 15, 2014 we start an advance online registration for the drivers who are planning to cross Šalčininkai border crossing checkpoint from September 22, 2014. The online pre-booking system will be introduced gradually to secure smooth and convenient transition period for drivers intending to cross the state border of the Republic of Lithuania at Šalčininkai border crossing checkpoint. At the beginning online pre-booking will be available only for the limited number of trucks and it will be free of charge.
OPENING OF ONLINE PRE-BOOKING FOR LAVORIŠKĖS BCP
Starting from 30 th of May 2014, possibility to make online pre-booking to electronic border crossing queue at Lavoriškės border crossing checkpoint. At the beginning online pre-booking will be available only for the limited number of trucks and it will be free of charge.
is available for the time period of June 7 th – June 30 th. Online pre-booking system will be introduced step-by-step to allow smooth and convenient transition period for drivers wishing to cross the state border of the Republic of Lithuania at Laviriškes border crossing checkpoint.
At the beginning online pre-booking will be available only for the trucks and only for limited amount of them.
Registration during functioning of the pilot version of the system will be free of charge.
FOR DRIVERS INTENDING TO CROSS THE STATE BORDER AT MEDININKAI BCP
The online pre-booking to cross the state border of the Republic of Lithuania at Medininkai BCP has been extended. During the transition period, the pre-booking is available for trucks only.
BCP THE INTRODUCATION OF ONLINE PRE-BOOKING AT MEDININKAI BCP
On March 1, 2014, the possibility of online pre-booking to cross the state border of the Republic of Lithuania was introduced at Medininkai border crossing checkpoint. The online pre-booking of an electronic border crossing queue is available on the websites:

KYBARTAI ONLINE QUEUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM TRANSITION INTO SERVICE
Starting from 1st of July 2013, new queue forming procedures to cross the state border of Republic of Lithuania are introduced at Kybartai border crossing checkpoint. Possibility to make online pre-booking to electronic border crossing queue is available on website: www.ltsiena.lt. New system will be introduced step-by-step to allow smooth and convenient transition period for drivers wishing to cross the state border of the Republic of Lithuania at Kybartai border crossing checkpoint.

THE ESTONIAN AND LITHUANIAN PRESIDENTS LAUNCHED PRE-BOOKING OF ONLINE LITHUANIAN BORDER QUEUE RESERVATION
President Toomas Hendrik Ilves and President Dalia Grybauskaitė launched pre-booking of the online Lithuanian border queue reservation. Queue management system EVIS which is being developed in cooperation between Lithuania and Estonia, will start operating this year, on July 1st on the Lithuanian – Russian border Kybartai check point. Later this year the service will be expanded to the Lithuanian – Belorussian border Medininkų check point. The opening of the pre – booking took place on May 28th, 2013 during Estonian -– Lithuanian Business Forum in Vilnius.
